Power Vibe has been around since 2006, and have been one of the frontrunners in selling linear vibration machines. It has been a Collossus in the vibration machine industry. PowerVibe machines are found and loved by users both in the home and commercial (such as, gym and health club) settings. The linear vibrations that Power Vibe produces is different from the other standard linear vibration machines. The owner and original designer of these machines (a chiropractor) had carefully designed the machines to maximize the training effects on the entire body including the bones, rather than just the muscles. PowerVibe is certainly one of the best linear vibration machine brands that I sell.
In traditional linear vibration machines, it feel awesome when you start as the body is fresh at the beginning. However, as the session grows, the machine starts getting a jarring feeling like the jack hammer motion. So while the benefits are conveyed, it is never easy on the body with an usual linear machine. So what PowerVibe started off doing was something smart - they ensured that the overall vibration intensity (combining the amplitude, frequency and G-force) never goes to a level that would cause stress, strain, injury or damage to the body, back, bones, muscles or joints. Coming from a chiropractor, that's not surprising at all. It allows the user to control amplitude with high and low settings - I recommend you start low and remain on a lower setting for the first 2-4 weeks before you start also using the higher vibration settings.
So essentially, with a Power Vibe, you get all the benefits of a vibration machine, but without the potential dangers that a linear vibration machine could expose you to. The vibration quality, experience and benefits are comparable to VMax Fitness and VibraTrim machines, though the nature of vibration is linear with a Power Vibe (spiral with VMax and VibraTrim). The larger models have a larger vibration platform and larger LCD display. However, the core technology is the same for all. The Zen Pro is the most sought-after model from PowerVibe. And over the long number of years that I have been selling Power Vibe machines, not even a single has been returned or refunded by a customer, ever.
